buying Books

Please, be advised...

Books are available online at *Amazon.com, dealoz.com, Barrister Books, Alibris, Barnes & Noble, half.com, bookbyte.com, The LawBookStore.Com and others. By searching the TITLE and/or ISBN number online, you can find competing prices. Also to save money, book sellers often have used books for sale that can be a cost saver. However, if you purchase used books, please, be sure you are purchasing the correct edition. Sellers sometimes list older editions for sale and if you are not careful when you order, you could be ordering the wrong edition. “NOTE: Check out Amazon’s Buy Back Program where they will give you store credit for returning the book after you finish using it.

Also, you may order directly from the publishers by contacting West Group Publishing at (800) 313-9378; Foundation Press Publishing at (877) 888-1330; or Aspen Publishers is (800) 950-5259. Local law bookstores at Stanford and Santa Clara Universities may have some titles. A visit to their book stores will give you the opportunity to browse through books and study aid materials that are available to assist your studies...
