The University of Silicon Valley Law School is a California Law School established for the purpose of allowing working adults the great opportunity to obtain a Juris Doctorate, J.D. Degree in an comprehensive evening program, just steps from the worlds most leading high-tech companies in the Bay Area.

The J.D. program gives our students the opportunity to use their legal education to become a licensed California attorney & our eligible students may qualify for the General Bar Examination.

Our evening schedule makes it possible for working adults to attend three evening classes per week and affords students the opportunity to achieve their goals in a part time California law program.

Our campus is in the lovely Fremont Tech Center located at 2722 Bayview Drive, South Fremont, California. The campus is easily accessible and offers plenty of convenient free parking for our students. The area surrounding the campus is well-groomed, secure and located along a quiet, tree-lined street neighboring other major educational institutions and a multitude of high-tech companies.

Guests attended the very informative "Sample Law Class" during our recent Open House. Visitors were able to visit our quiet, tree-lined campus with ample free parking in South Fremont California near the City of Milpitas close to Hwy 880.

 

Bachelors Degree not required to enroll and if you don't have a degree, it is possible that you may gain admission to our law school through college recognized college level equivalency credits earned through taking and passing the collegeboard C.L.E.P. Exam.

The Campus at Fremont Tech Center is located just steps away from some of the largest high-tech companies in the world.  Our campus is located  near several major technology companies such as Solyndra, Boston Scientific, Lexar, PTX, Stryker and more.  Our location is just minutes from major south bay area Highways 101, 880 and 237.  The Law School is centralized and convenient to all of our students who commute either from Alameda or Santa Clara Counties.  We are located on the border between both counties in the Original Silicon Valley.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

Classes are normally held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. during the Fall and Spring Semesters. The Summer Semester schedule may vary slightly.
